Activities at Threshfield Court Care Home
Here at Threshfield Court, we aim to tailor the activities to meet the needs of individual residents, the communities within the home and the home as a whole. We have regular, structured activities such as visits from Music for Health, specialist armchair exercise facilitators, local musicians and a growing team of volunteers, including our local clergy. We also have time for arts and crafts, all sorts of games, music, poetry and lots more. We are pretty good at being spontaneous too!

Life at Threshfield Court Care Home
Busy Week at Threshfield Court
The residents have been very busy at Threshfield Court recently! To start, they have had a visit from Ruth at Cuddle Therapy which was wonderful. This was followed by Joanne who came and read Bible Stories with some of the residents. Georgie was busy planting left over herbs from Valentines Weekend and they are preparing for Mother's Day and Easter Weekend!
To finish the week off they had a fantastic turnout to their Coffee Morning. The sun was shining, Edwin played the piano and the cakes were fantastic. They managed to raise an astounding £127.56!
Music for Health
A few of the residents from Threshfield recently enjoyed their Music for Health session!
Outing to Kilnsey Fish Farm
Despite the weather we managed a trip out with our volunteer driver Ron to Threshfield Court. It was luckily on one of the dry days!
This is photo of one of the ladies enjoying a cup of Yorkshire Tea and a piece of sticky toffee cake, yummy!
Pet Therapy
The Pet Therapy Dog made many new friends and, no doubt, he had a few festive treats too!
Cuddle Therapy Care
Both ladies and gentlemen enjoyed nursing the babies when Ruth from Cuddle Therapy Care made her regular visit to Threshfield Court.
