Our activities team are great at building the activities programme around the likes and interests of the people we care for. Ensuring that our social events offer fun and adventure is part of the ethos of our home; it’s important that those we support can enjoy an active and social lifestyle. Of course, there will always be those who prefer peace and quiet, and in these instances, a cup of tea and a chat are always welcomed.

Hello, my name is Caroline and I joined the team at Tixover House in 2023.
I am passionate about creating person-centred activities which ultimately enrich our residents' lives. My main aim is to bring happiness through the doorway daily; spreading smiles, laughter and love - I want to make a difference to the lives of those that we support.

Baking Morning
Residents recently spent a morning baking and really enjoyed the tasting session afterwards with a nice warm cuppa.
Employee of the Month - January
Congratulations to Karina, our Hostess, who was named January's Employee of the Month here at Tixover House. She does all she can to help other staff members and to ensure the smooth running of the home.
Entertainment with Eric
Live entertainment with Eric Eves had us all shaking our stuff to Elvis and various other artists.
Baking Cakes
We had a nice relaxing morning baking cakes for our afternoon tea. It was a great start to the new year!
A Toast to the New Year
