Activities at Ashchurch View Care Home
Activities are an integral part of life at our care home. We want to ensure that the people we support have as much fun as possible during their time with us, so it’s important that our activities programme is created with the interests of residents in mind. Our skilled Activities Coordinators bring a certain uniqueness to the home that can’t be found anywhere else, and which is reflected in the activities they organise.

Hello, my name is Sarah and I'm the Activities Coordinator here at Ashchurch View.
I have always worked within the care sector and also have experience working with older people in the community. I have a particular passion for those living with dementia and enjoy being able to enhance their well-being as well as having as much fun as possible along the way.
I aim to provide a varied and interesting collection of events and activities for all of our residents and welcome new ideas from families and friends.
As a enjoy being part of a team who are committed to Barchester's Life Enrichment Programme, and strive to ensure we work with mind, body and soul.

All Things Wild Day Trip
What an amazing day with the resident at All Things Wild in Evesham. The weather was fantastic with clear blue skies and the residents loved the meet and greet with the farm animals.
A spectacular performance for the residents by the local dance school
For international dance day, Amy Flynn's school of Dance performed at Ashchurch View. With beautiful costumes and outstanding choreography, residents and visitors had a fantastic time.
Vocalist and Guitarist Jon Eselle plays at Ashchurch View
Jon Eselle visited Ashchurch View and played and sang a medley of Frank Sinatra classics for the joy of all the residents with one resident in particular celebrating her birthday.
A return visit has been planned already!
Orchestral afternoon with cheese and wine
A Renowned classical duo, King and Rackham played for the residents and community of Tewkesbury at Ashchurch View. A selection of different cheeses and wines accompanied this brilliant classical delight.
