Activities at Mill Court Care Home
Our teams are trained to enrich the lives of residents through stimulating the mind, body and soul, and taking the time to learn about each person to ensure everyone receives support that adds enrichment to their life.
Activities are an integral part of life at our care home. We want to ensure that the people we support have as much fun as possible during their time with us, so it’s important that our activities programme is created with the interests of residents in mind. Our skilled Activities Coordinators bring a certain uniqueness to the home that can’t be found anywhere else, and which is reflected in the activities they organise.

Activities and Events Partnerships
As part of our bespoke life-enrichment programmes, we host a number of live virtual events in the home on a regular basis through a number of partnerships with places of interest and world class performance companies
Life at Mill Court Care Home

We have Chicks
Residents and Staff at Mill Court care home, were celebrating with the birth of baby chicks this week at the home. There was a lot of egg-citement as ten chicks hatched throughout the week. Residents were able to pet and feed the chicks as they found their footing in their new home. The new additions will also be visited by students from the local primary school who will be stopping in to meet the new arrivals.

Flower Arranging
With the warmer weather on its way, everyone has a Spring in their step and outdoor visits on their minds. What a better way to spend an afternoon making the home feel like Spring too. So its Fresh flowers for everyone.

World Book Day
Beautiful moments caught on camera. Whist these moments happen all the time at Mill Court they are not always captured. On book day some local children visited to read stories to our residents. Then they reversed roles and read to them.
