Activities at Queens Court Care Home
Activities are one of the most important aspects of our care home, providing fun and companionship, so it is essential that our team are dedicated to ensuring that residents are entertained and that life at Queens Court is fun and active. Throughout the home, there is a choice of lounges, which have been designed for people who enjoy socialising and love making new friends. Music therapy, speakers of interest, events, cinema screenings and family events are offered regularly, as well as the Book Club or Poetry Corner, for those who enjoy quieter activities. Our social programme is varied and exciting and is available seven days a week. You can be as busy as you like. Our friends of Queens Court regularly support our special events and activities at the home, which include trips to the seaside and National Trust site

We are delighted to introduce Emilia as our Activities Lead. Emilia has been part of Queens Court for some time and is excellent in ensuring our residents have a full and interesting life introducing many new hobbies, activities and experiences!

Classic Opera
Residents enjoyed a fantastic opera day at Queens Court, along with an afternoon tea party.
Letters of Kindness
Team members and residents at Queens Court were thrilled to receive colorful and positive letters from Dundonald Primary School pupils. The staff and residents appreciate the continued support and kindness shown by the community. Thank you!

A Royal Celebration
Residents and staff had lots of fun baking a cake in honour of the Queen's birthday.
International Carers Day
Queens Court celebrated all the hard and amazing work of all our carers during these challenging times by holding a celebration on 10th June. All staff were treated to a delicious BBQ lunch and lovely gifts.
