Residents enjoyed a day out to West Ham Park to visit the local flower garden. The flowers were out in bloom, residents loved seeing all the wonderful colours of the flowers and wildlife around the park, whilst learning new facts about the flowers that were planted, and stopping to enjoy a delicious ice cream along the way.
Flower Arranging
Flower arranging our ladies went to the local Sainsbury's for fresh flowers and using the self service check out. Flowers stimulate the senses of smell, sight and touch and in doing so can trigger memories, arranging these beautiful flowers, reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, place them all around the home for everyone to enjoy.
