Activities at Badgeworth Court Care Home
Our Activities Coordinators provide a stimulating social programme to suit residents' individual tastes and desires, and offer group or one-to-one activities based on individual preferences. We are a dedicated team that always ensures residents have enough to do to keep them stimulated and entertained. There are regular trips out on the minibus to nearby places of interest, and exercise classes to suit people of all capabilities, in addition to much, much more.

Hello, I am Corinne and I am the activities coordinator at Badgeworth Court. I previously worked in finance and wished to broaden my career. I have diploma in Performing Arts and Business, and I have background in the entertainment industry. I am committed to providing a broad range of activities and events with a focus on person centred care.
As a team we are committed to Barchester's Life Enrichment Programme ensuring we work with mind, body and soul.

Life at Badgeworth Court Care Home
Beach Day
The Beach Day took place on the 31st August. Our residents and team members enjoyed the last day of the summer weather. It had something for everyone and brought back their happy memories, such as family holidays and playing on the beach as children.
It was a lovely afternoon and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
Our Divisional Winners
Congratulations to Debbie Murcott, who has been named as a Divisional Winner in the 2020 Barchester Care Awards. Debbie is a finalist in the Hospitality Champion category and has been invited to attend a virtual awards ceremony on 8th October, where she will find out if she has won overall.
Also, congratulations to Joana Matias, who has been named as a Divisional Winner in Activities Coordinator of the Year category.
Cupcake Day
Residents and staff enjoyed supporting Cupcake Day for the Alzheimer’s Society. Lovely cupcakes were decorated by staff and residents.
A Kind Donation
Staff from Badgeworth Court were provided a lovely basket of donations from Leckhampton Court to say thank you for all their hard work.
A Moving Moment
It has been three long months since one of our residents has seen his much-loved family members, but they were reunited in the gardens of Badgeworth Court recently. The residents loved the first visit from the window!
Carers Week at Badgeworth Court
This week at Badgeworth Court we celebrated National Carers Week. We would like to take this opportunity to recognise and thank the wonderful carers for all their tireless work within our home and across the UK. Thank you!
