Activities at Brampton View Care Home
Activities are the cornerstone of a wholesome home experience, and our Activities Coordinators are always putting their creative minds to the test by organising new and exciting social events for residents to partake in. Of course, we take into account the likes and dislikes of those we support, so if someone doesn’t feel like trying something new, there will always be something on offer to reflect their personal interests. For the people who may just prefer some peace and quiet instead, we also offer one-to-one time that can be enjoyed with a nice cup of coffee or just a simple chat – whatever they desire.
Read our brochure 'Life-enriching activities' for more information about life in our care homes.

Life at Brampton View Care Home
An intergenerational visit
We love to see the children from Kingsthorpe Grove School every week when they come in to do crafts with residents at Brampton View. Eileen was making pasta bracelets with them this week.
A visit from Jenny
We welcomed the lovely Jenny back to Brampton View recently, to sing our favourite songs.
Cheerleading and carpet games
A couple of pom poms makes our bends and stretches a lot of fun at Brampton View, and a game of carpet bowls can get very competitive.
Fur and feathers
Today we had some pet therapy visitors at Brampton View including rabbits, chickens, a bearded dragon and a tortoise. Residents loved holding and stroking them.
Fresh flowers
We love receiving our delivery of fresh flowers every week and the residents of Brampton View enjoy arranging displays for their own bedrooms and for everyone to enjoy in our shared areas.
Little tiny chicks
Our eggs all hatched at Brampton View this year and we have ten tiny babies.
