Activities at Collingtree Park Care Home
Our specialist activities staff are committed to organising a mix of activities and events for residents and the local community to get involved in, including trips out to local places of interest in our minibus and visits from entertainers and musicians. It is important to us that each individual who we support can get as much from these as they can, so we try our best to arrange activities that reflect their interests and capabilities as best as possible, and encourage them to participate in any way they can. We also encourage relatives to join in with activities and events as often as they can.

Hello, my name is Martin, I'm the activities coordinator here at Collingtree Park
My role is to ensure that our activities, outings and the entertainment we provide is stimulating and inclusive of all our residents no matter their challenges. It is important to me that our weekly calendar offers enriching experiences with music from live entertainers, visits to various locations outside the home, as well as arts and crafts tailored to individual abilities.
Getting to know our residents better is so important, and through regular family and friends’ meetings we can gain a greater understanding of their loved ones' interests and life prior to joining Collingtree Park that will make for a richer activities program to be developed.
I look forward to getting to know you, and your loved ones.

Park Outing
Residents enjoyed a day out at the local park recently.
Trip to Stratford Upon Avon
Residents and staff enjoyed a day trip to Stratford Upon Avon where everyone had fish and chips and ice cream. We also enjoyed a boat cruise down the river.
Our Divisional Winner
Well done to Tracey Snook, who was named as a Divisional Winner in the 'Home Administration Champion' category for the 2019 Barchester Care Awards.
Sensory Gardening
Residents had lots of fun creating this beautiful garden wheelbarrow.

May saw the start of our weekly gardening club. Our green-fingered residents have bene pottubg the plants and have designed their garden on wheels.

Christmas Fayre
Come along and enjoy a range of stalls and festive fun with our residents and staff as we celebrate all things Christmas on our Open Day. 10am - 4pm.
