Activities at Emily Jackson House Care Home
Our activities team continues to offer a wide range of activities to both mentally and physically stimulate our residents. Our activities include one to one shopping, group outings in our minibus, and regularly attending our local church and bowling club. We also enjoy the entertainment from the musicians who come and visit us as well as our PAT dog. We have a range of activities so residents with all abilities and talents can join in activities and social gatherings. We encourage families and volunteers to share the joy with us by taking part in our social events as well.

Enjoying our Garden
Residents have had a lovely morning in the fresh air and sunshine. They have been admiring the beautiful flowers, listening to the birds, and chatting with their friends. Some of them are even playing games or reading books. The garden is a wonderful place to relax and have fun for everyone at Emily Jackson House.
The King's Coronation
We had a great weekend celebrating the King's Coronation! We watched the footage and had our very own party to celebrate the new King!
Birthday celebrations
Our fabulous chef made this cake for one of our residents celebrating their birthday! We always celebrate everyone's birthday here at Emily Jackson House.
Sunday Service.
We like to get out as much as possible and with the brighter weather we took a walk up to the church for their Sunday service. It was a very enjoyable morning.
Easter at Emily Jackson House
Easter was just wonderful at Emily Jackson House. We ran a bunny hunt for the children in the local community and of course every ate a lot of Easter Eggs.
Happy Anniversary
We celebrated a special wedding anniversary this week. Our lovely couple enjoyed a meal together prepared by our chef.
