Activities at Hempton Field Care Home

Activities are an integral part of life at our care home. We want to ensure that the people we support have as much fun as possible during their time with us, so it’s important that our activities programme is created with the interests of residents in mind. Our skilled Activities Coordinators bring a certain uniqueness to the home that can’t be found anywhere else, and which is reflected in the activities they organise.

Enable Launch

On Monday 3rd June we went live on Enable!

Enable is Barchester’s new digital care planning system! The new system allows us to use handheld technology to access care plans and life enrichment preferences via an app!

We celebrated with a buffet and cake to thank the staff for their hard work and patience as we transition to this exciting new system!

Garden Centre Trip

Recently we made a trip over to Haddenham Garden Centre.

We had a great time looking round at all the beautiful and colourful flowers. We picked some plants to take back and display!

No trip to the garden centre is complete without a stop for some coffee & cake!

Sunny Afternoon

Last week we made the most of the wonderful weather we had and took a trip out on our minibus. We enjoyed a peaceful afternoon sat by the canal watching the ducks.

Board Games
