Activities at Latimer Court Care Home

Here at Latimer Court, we have a varied social programme that includes themed events once a month, painting classes, day trips out, exercise classes and arts & crafts, to name but a few. We strive to tailor our activities to suit everyone's needs, and update our notice boards weekly so that all families and visitors can see what their loved ones have been up to. Our aim is to make sure that those we support can enjoy a happy and fulfilled stay with us. You can take a look at some of our regular activities by clicking here.

Celebration fit for a King with a Carnival Queen!

Excitement was in the air at Latimer Court care home in Worcester where residents and staff have been busy making Coronation-themed decorations and baking up a storm of red, white and blue cakes and pastries with the help of Tony, Head chef and the dining team in preparation for the King’s Coronation.

Staff and residents at the home put their heads together and came up with a plan for their celebrations fit for a King.  Over the bank holiday weekend the home held a celebration party with a lovely afternoon tea, along with sparkling refreshments. Residents families joined in the fun during the day too.  The whole home came together to celebrate our new King and talk about the new era the country is entering.

Preparations for the Coronation Celebrations

We have really enjoyed getting involved with Creative Mojo and their Royal themed art session.  We have been busy creating a fabulous master piece for the Coronation!
