Activities at Ritson Lodge Care Home

Our home is always full of life, and we can thank our wonderful Activities Coordinators for this. Dedication to creating a unique and interesting activities programme is what sets us apart from other homes. We always take into consideration that some people would prefer to pursue their own interests, which is why our team strive to incorporative activities that cater to a wide range of tastes and hobbies. Our trips out are always fun and exciting as well, and residents are guaranteed to return with stories to tell their loved ones!

Animal Therapy Visit

Animal Therapy certainly brings our residents and staff together here at Ritson Lodge. The interaction with different creatures big and small was super to see, stimulating our brains whilst helping to keep our residents mentally active and engaged. Question is, which shall we have as a Pet?!?

Paying our respects

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II we took the time to commemorate her and pay our tributes to the Royal Family. Our residents and staff paid a floral tribute at the Cenotaph at St.Margaret’s Church and wrote their own personal messages in the book of condolence too.
