Activities are the cornerstone of a wholesome home experience, and our Activities Coordinators are always putting their creative minds to the test by organising new and exciting social events for residents to partake in. Of course, we take into account the likes and dislikes of those we support, so if someone doesn’t feel like trying something new, there will always be something on offer to reflect their personal interests. For the people who may just prefer some peace and quiet instead, we also offer one-to-one time that can be enjoyed with a nice cup of coffee or just a simple chat – whatever they desire.

Life at Ross Court Care Home
Jubilee Crowns
Ross Court residents continued the Jubilee celebrations today by creating our own crowns, it has been great fun getting ready for the exciting weekend ahead.
Fish and Chips in the Sun
What a glorious day at Ross Court, it was a great opportunity to chill and relax in the beautiful gardens in the sun, with a cool glass of white wine. It was also national fish and chip day today so Helena the chef cooked up an amazing tasty fish and chip meal for the residents to enjoy.
Bringing Resident Ideas to Reality
We have continued our Jubilee decorations today with a wonderful idea from one of our residents. Hayley sat and discussed the design and the residents made it a reality to add to our display.
Jubilee Hair Dos!
Ross Court residents were delighted that our hairdresser Paula came in all day to get our ladies ready for the Jubilee party of Friday. It was a lovely day with music playing, a royal quiz and creating our Jubilee display. Ben was around all day to also enjoy all the fun.
Jubilee Production Line!
With time ticking until the Ross Court big Jubilee event, we have got a production line going to make the decorations. Stella thought the flowers would look good as a headband. Ross court really is a sea of red, white and blue!
Every Day is Different
There is always something going on at Ross Court! Today was a very busy day Paula, our hairdresser visited to do residents hair - always popular and the ladies looked lovely, while having their hair done and waiting the music was on with everyone enjoying each other's company while having a cuppa and natter. We also enjoyed a fun visit from Ben our resident pup, ending a busy afternoon with a fun Jubilee quiz.
