Activities at Tewkesbury Fields Care Home
Activities are an integral part of life at our care home. We want to ensure that the people we support have as much fun as possible during their time with us, so it’s important that our activities programme is created with the interests of residents in mind. Our skilled Activities Coordinators bring a certain uniqueness to the home that can’t be found anywhere else, and which is reflected in the activities they organise.

Hello, my name is Paula and I’m the Activities coordinator at Tewkesbury Fields care home. I’ve joined Barchester healthcare in 2020.
As part of the lifestyle enrichment team, I will be organising daily activities, ensuring that residents have varied activities to choose from each day. I love enriching our residents’ lives, creating memories and be able to provide meaningful activities to each one of the residents living at Tewkesbury fields.

Life at Tewkesbury Fields Care Home
Cosy Lounges for Afternoon Tea
With a cold forecast for Tewkesbury this weekend, imagine being sat round with friends having afternoon tea in front of the fire. This is one of the newly refurbished Tewkesbury Fields lounges, the home has several lounges, a cafe by the reception area, smaller quiet seating areas as well as an activities room. The cafe will have beverages and snacks available 24 hours a day for residents to enjoy at a time that suits them. Teddy Bears Picnic
Please bring along a picnic to enjoy in our our beautiful gardens with your favourite teddy bear. We will be providing entertainment and refreshments.
Summer Fete 18th August
Summer Fair has something for everyone. Farm animals, live music, outdoor games and stalls. BBQ and refreshments.
Classic Car Coffee Morning
Classic Car Coffee morning 1st September. Please feel free to call by and showcase your classic vehicle. A warm welcome awaits and complimentary refreshments.
