Activities at Trinity Manor Care Home
Activities are an integral part of life at our care home. We want to ensure that the people we support have as much fun as possible during their time with us, so it’s important that our activities programme is created with the interests of residents in mind. Our skilled Activities Coordinators bring a certain uniqueness to the home that can’t be found anywhere else, and which is reflected in the activities they organise.
Bibesh Shrestha
Hi, My name is Bibesh Shrestha, Activity Coordinator
Having more than 10 years of professional experience in multiple sectors at different places have given me the confidence to get involved in any challenging environment where my skills and experience will be instrumental in achieving personal and social goals.
Being a motivator and influencer to the people around me has always been my passion, and also part of my profession. As an Activity Coordinator, my ultimate goal is to transfer my energy and spread my happiness.
Being active and full of energy with humbleness is what defines me and transferring that energy to the people around me has been my prime interest.

Pottering in the Garden
What's that we spot? Is it? Why, yes...it is!!! The Greater spotted garden potterers!
It was so lovely to see some of our residents enjoying a bit of potting up in the garden recently.
With a little help from Activities Assistant, Joe, our lovely ladies, Freda & Shirley, thoroughly enjoyed the sunny afternoon whilst keeping busy in our garden, ensuring that all of the flowers and pots dotted about are kept looking perfect for all to enjoy.
THANK YOU - You have done a grand job!
TRINITY CAFE RELAUNCH SUCCESS!
What a fabulous time we had as we FINALLY re-launched our community café!
With our special guest, Alan Poulton, tickling away on the ivories, Trinity Manor played host to some new friends from from the local area, who enjoyed a little music, merriment, friendship and...cake!
The idea behind the café is that every month we will open our doors to anyone locally who wants to come along and meet new friends, socialise and enjoy a cuppa and a chat.
Entertainment will be varied and we will try our best to keep it fresh and exciting with different things each time. (Suggestions are welcomed!)
This is a FREE event, however our numbers will be limited due to space.
Our next event will be held on: -
Wednesday 27th July from 10.30am - 12.30pm
When we will be joined by singer, Jan McNeill.
If you would like to book in for our next Trinity Café or to learn more about life here at the home or book a tour, then please contact our friendly team on: -

5 STAR KITCHEN!!!
A month or so ago we underwent an inspection of our Kitchen to ensure is met with the very exacting high standards of the Food Standards Agency...
After a very thorough going over of the food prep & storage areas, as well as our documentation, we are now VERY proud to announce that...
WE GOT 5 STARS!!!!
A huge congratulations to Lukasz & Louise, our Chefs, and all our kitchen staff, who have all worked tirelessly on a daily basis to ensure that everything is kept beautifully clean and tidy and to a VERY high standard indeed!
But then we wouldn't expect anything less from our fabulous kitchen crew!
Here's the lovely Lukasz showing off his new 5 star sticker!
Father's Day Quiz
We recently celebrated father's day, thanking all the amazing father figures in our lives...
Everyone gathered together for a Trinity Manor pub quiz whilst enjoying a favourite tipple or two and snacks.
Quiz Master extraordinaire, Joe, then really put their gray matter to the test, as they worked in small teams of two or as individuals to answer all the questions correctly!
It was a close finish, which ended with a tie break question.
Well done everyone and a HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to all!!!
The Aftermath...
Do you want to know what went on post jubilations? We let's fill you in with a little poem: -
When all was cleared and put away,
The Trinity staff came out to play!
Clearing away the cups and dishes,
The staff worked hard, but there one wish is...
When guests had left and all departed,
Outside the Trinity team all darted!
They jumped upon the bouncy castle,
Clearing away had been no hassle...
But finishing with a little fun,
Just the ticket for everyone!
So thanks to our staff, some AMAZING FOLK,
Who occasionally like a laugh and a joke.
For making all the residents smile
And Jubilee memories to last a while!
So jump away you happy lot...
We're so grateful for the staff that we've got!
Jubilee Flashback...
There were just so many great moments captured at our recent jubilee party, that we had to post again!
From residents to family and all our special friends who attended this event, we cannot express how much we appreciate you all. The who day was filled with so many smiles and laughter as we spent time together in a great celebration.
The whole day was indeed a much needed togetherness tonic after the past 2 years.
Many thanks to all who came and supported the home and a special thanks to our residents for being amazing!
