Activities at White Lodge Care Home
Our Activities Coordinators here at White Lodge enjoy the fulfillment of helping residents feel important and a part of something. Meaningful moments are created through laughter and comfort. A varied activities programme is offered for the betterment of residents' bodies and minds, including music for health, 'Oomph' sessions and chair Zumba, in addition to coffee and cake groups that all inevitably lead to giggles and old fashioned singalongs. Also, we organise parties, trips out, walks in the country, bus outings and wonderful entertainers to visit our home. A sneaky tipple is always welcomed with cheese and crackers and, at the end of the day, it is important to go home knowing our activities have made a difference.

Life at White Lodge Care Home
South West in Bloom
We entered the South West in Bloom completion back in September, and we have just found out that we came second place in class 7: grouped accommodation and community facilities.
Meadowpark School Visit
The residents enjoyed a special Christmas visit from the students from Meadowpark School. Sharing Christmas memories and wondering what Santa will bring them this year...
Rotary Club Santa Comes Early to White Lodge
Santa came early with a special visit to see the residents at their Christmas party! Many thanks to the RWB Rotary Club for making this happen, it was lovely to see the smiles on the faces of all the residents.
White Lodge Resident Performs with The Highworth Choir
Geoff who is a resident of White Lodge previously performed with his late wife in the Highworth Choir. Geoff enjoyed the visit from the songsters and joined in with every song!
Military Wives Choir Visit White Lodge
The residents and visitors enjoyed a spectacular performance today by the Military Wives Choir who were amazing and really got us all into the Christmas spirit with a variety of Christmas songs.
