Activities at Cadbury Hall Care Home
Activities are an integral part of life at our care home. We want to ensure that the people we support have as much fun as possible during their time with us, so it’s important that our activities programme is created with the interests of residents in mind. Our skilled Activities Coordinators bring a certain uniqueness to the home that can’t be found anywhere else, and which is reflected in the activities they organise.
Hannah Lewis
Hi, my name is Hannah and I am the Activities Coordinator at Cadbury Hall.
I studied ‘Creative Expressive Arts, Health and Wellbeing’ at university and am passionate about using the arts to aid people’s social, physical, and mental wellbeing. In my spare time I love to dance, sing, and act, and help to run a local drama group for children aged 10-18.
With the support of all staff at Cadbury Hall and feedback from residents, we aim for a varied and person-centred activity schedule to help the residents lead rich and fulfilling lives. The best part of my day is seeing the residents get stuck in with the activities and looking at the smiles on their faces.

Life at Cadbury Hall Care Home
Poem Power
Autumn Poem By The Residents Of Cadburyhall.
"The darkness falls at autumn's bequest
Tis the season of mist and mellow fruitfulness
The season of yellow fruit where I wander lonely as a cloud amongst the pile of leaves
In Somerset where the cider apples grow
Christmas is swiftly upon us with Jack Frost nipping at our toes."
Wow, what wonderful words which was created line by line by our residents.

Open Day at Cadbury Hall - August 19th - Come and visit
Here is another great chance to come and see around our recently refurbished Cadbury Hall.
A trip to Longleat as Paul reaches 90
We were delighted to make a trip to Longleat Safari Park to celebrate Paul’s 90th birthday, one of our residents at Cadbury Hall. He travelled in the minibus along with other residents and some of our carers along with young Archie. All the animals were in clear view and everyone really enjoyed their trip out. Philip our Family Ambassador kindly drove the minibus while we took a hearty packed lunch on the day and a glass of bubbly to enjoy.
