Activities at Middletown Grange Care Home
We aim to provide a variety of activities that will both mentally and physically stimulate the people we support. Residents have a range of different needs and interests, and it is crucial that these are reflected in the activities available, so that each individual is able to participate to the best of their ability. We organise both group and individual social events that everyone is welcome to take part in; there is a weekly outing to local places of interest, including the garden centre and the local farms, parks and museums. In addition, we enjoy regular visits from entertainers and even exotic animals. We also host events such as 'Beach Day' that relatives and friends are encouraged to participate in. Getting involved in charities is a big part of our ethos, so events such as 'PJs for Pudsey' and pirate-themed days are regularly hosted to raise money for different foundations, including the Alzheimer’s Society.

Springtime Walks
After the clocks went forward it gives us more light in the evenings to take advantage of our beautiful village and gardens we have at Middletown Grange. No matter the weather we always try and get out daily to check on our plants and wildlife that surrounds our home.
It's Showtime!!
Residents, families and friends were entertained by a fantastic performance from our guests this week. We danced and sang out our favourite tunes together before a very special finale that cried out for an encore.
Happy Easter from Middletown Grange
We had a fun filled Easter weekend with everyone here at Middletown Grange. Music, chocolate and laughter was just some of the highlights from the Bank Holiday. With visits from the Ukulele Band, The Saxophone Man and plenty of chocolate eggs and hot cross buns, what better way could there be to celebrate the occasion.
Village Lunch Events
Once a month we go to the Village Lunch that is kindly put on by the locals and people from St John’s church. At Middletown Grange, our residents love supporting the local village and community and these days are a great opportunity to catch up with friends and enjoy times together.
Feathered friends fly in
Our feathered friends from 'Walks With Hawks' joined us at Middletown Grange for some close up interaction with our residents. It's amazing to be able to bring these experiences into our home, work with our local community groups and ensure our residents enjoy these magical moments.
