Activities are the cornerstone of a wholesome home experience, and our Activities Coordinators are always putting their creative minds to the test by organising new and exciting social events for residents to partake in. Of course, we take into account the likes and dislikes of those we support, so if someone doesn’t feel like trying something new, there will always be something on offer to reflect their personal interests. For the people who may just prefer some peace and quiet instead, we also offer one-to-one time that can be enjoyed with a nice cup of coffee or just a simple chat – whatever they desire.

Book Lovers Library Visit

Today one of our residents visited the Kettering Library. The library team were very accommodating, we had a wonderful trip out which we will definitely be doing on a regular basis it's a fabulous place for residents to choose their own books.

Employee of the Month - October 2022

Everyone at Claremont Parkway would like to say a massive congratulations to Debbie for receiving Employee of the Month. Debbie is part of the housekeeping team, and she is always willing to lend a helping hand wherever she is needed. Debbie brightens up everyone’s day and always finds time to have a chat with the residents. Well done, Debbie, so very well deserved!

Halloween Party Preparations

Claremont are Halloween ready with a Witch walking the corridors and a game of spooky bingo later before dinner.

Pumpkin Crafts

We had a lovely arts and crafts afternoon decorating our pumpkins to place around the home and as part of our pumpkin patch display ready for our open day on Saturday. We love crafty afternoons!

Animal Mania!

Everyone was very excited to welcome back Lucia's Tiny Farm here at Claremont Parkway. All our residents love having their animal therapy. There was even a new edition, a tiny tortoise which was only a year old. We also took Bobby the Rabbit round to meet the other residents in their room which they absolutely loved.
