Activities at Waterside Court Care Home
We understand that the people we support have passions and interests that could be difficult to pursue after moving into a care home – but that doesn’t mean we don’t encourage them to try! Some hobbies can define a person, so our Activities Coordinators are dedicated to ensuring that everyone we support is able to do what makes them happy to the best of their abilities. Social events are organised with individual tastes in mind and with the idea that residents have the opportunity to try new and exciting things.

Fantastic Post- Modern Show by the Fabulous Fiona Harrison. Thank you for the wonderful performance, it's always an absolute pleasure having Fiona perform at Waterside Court, the residents thoroughly enjoyed themselves!
Happy New Year
What a lovely morning we had celebrating our countdown to NOON. we shared past stories and lots of laughter followed by our Chef’s famous chocolate cupcakes.
We would like to wish everybody a Happy New Year and hope you have a year of laughter and happiness.

We hope everyone was on the Santa’s good list this year.This time of year is to be together and celebrate the memories we’ve created!

Christmas Tree and Treats!
Just some last minute touches to our Christmas Tree followed by sharing chocolates with eachother! Fantastic way of getting into the Christmas Spirit and a wonderful time being together!
Christmas Arts and Crafts
Arts and Crafts session with our residents. Getting into the festive spirit as our residents had fun making small Christmas clay models, Christmas Cards and decorated some Gingerbread cookies.
Summer Fete
Due to the the unfortunate cancellation of our Summer Fete, our residents and family members who did join us for a lovely indoor BBQ and Buffet lunch. We had the Wallingford Tuneless Choir who were amazing! A visit from the Island Farm Donkey Sanctuary
Thank you to those who helped and joined us on this day to make it the best day despite the weather.
